Refund policy

Returns

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

 

To start a return, contact us at willihh777@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send the item.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us right away at willihh777@gmail.com with photos of the product and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
